How do I purchase tickets?
Browse Ticketbox's wide range of events by visiting Ticketbox.sg or Ticketbox app. Select the event that you wish to attend (get to know the content), hit button "Book Now" on the left thumbnail. On booking form, select ticket amount, provide the information required from event organizers. Lastly, fill out your payment information, select appropriate payment methods and you are good to proceed your payment.
When is the last chance to reach out for any event's tickets?
It depends on the closing time from the organizers. As for e-tickets, you can purchase tickets 6 -12 hours before the event.
How do I pay for the booking?
Once you've entered your booking information, payment can be made via your Credit Card with Visa or Mastercard.
How secured is e-payment process on Ticketbox?
As for payment through Credit Card per ticket purchase, Ticketbox will take proper care to keep your financial information secured and protected. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to ensure the safe and secured status of communication occurred during purchase process. For extra security, Ticketbox will not store your Credit Card information. In the Credit Card purchase report, Ticketbox uses Stripe and Adyen protected by SSL protocol to ensure top level security.
How do I receive tickets?
E-tickets (online tickets) will be sent to your email before the event.
Are there any undisclosed extra fees?
Nope! It does not make sense to sneak in fees and charge customers extra cost.
At Ticketbox, you only pay what is clear to you.
How do I make way to the event once I've done with the booking?
Simply print a copy of them or present directly from your smartphone so that they can be scanned quickly at the event entrance.
How do I print out tickets ?
Please find your e-tickets in form of PDF on email. You can download the file, open it, hit the "Print" button.
Or in your dashboard, you can see all your booking history in "My Tickets" tab. From there, you can download and make a printed version of e-tickets easily.
Do I need to print out my tickets?
It's up to you! Either printed version or e-version on your smartphone is accepted at the event entrance :)
Is it possible that events might be sold out?
Of course, so snap them up quickly. Once they're gone, you'd better go for others.
How late is event booking approved before its expiration?
As late as the specific event organizers allow you to.
For e-tickets, you can proceed booking no later than 6-12 hours before the event.
Why do I only have 20 minutes per booking session?
We offer fair system for people to acquire tickets. So if you can't proceed booking in 20 minutes, the session shall be refreshed, tickets shall be restored available for other purchasers.
Can I select my seats?
From the start, all the seats are on an available basis. Whether it's GA (General Admission) or unreserved seats, we'll always let you know exactly what type of seats you are booking. If you buy tickets in bulk, we'll make sure you all sit together.
Can I book multiple events' tickets all in one?
It's a pity that we've not offered multiple proceedings yet! You can only conduct each in order.
Do I get a refund in case of booking cancellation?
Exchanges, alterations and cancellations are not allowed 14 days before the event. If you wish to exchange, alter or cancel your order, please contact the Vendor (the organizer of the event) and their contact information can be found on each event page. If organizer is unreachable, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once again, do note that such requests are subject to the Vendor’s approval. A fee of up to S$ 25 per ticket may apply for exchanges, alterations or cancellations.
What happens in case of a delay or cancellation of the event?
When the event organizer cancels the event, we make sure full ticket price will be refunded within 7-14 working days through a negative invoice to your credit card or your payment method.

How do I add my events and start selling tickets?
Firstly, you can sign in/sign up for a new account, click "Add your event" button. Then, fill in all the required information. Don't forget to add images, youtube links to make your event page informative and interactive. Finally, set ticket selling schedule, ticket price, multiple ticket types, and information provision forms for ticket purchasers,...
Once the event is on air, who can see it?
When you've finished with creating new event, only those with the link can get access to. The event will not be featured on Ticketbox list immediately. On request of event featuring, please get us through via email@example.com
How do I get my event featured on Ticketbox list?
Our customer support team will review your event and get it featured. We will also notify you via email once your event is officially featured.
Can I cancel my event after it goes live?
Yes. Just let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
May I stop ticket sales?
Sure! You can sign in your Ticketbox account and actively stop selling tickets.
Where do I track the number of tickets sold?
Please sign in your Ticketbox account and go to 'My events' to view the event Statistics.
Can I trust the safety and secured status of my information on Ticketbox?
Of course. At Ticketbox, we take care of customer's database tightly. We make guarantees not disclosing any personal information to the third party.
How do I communicate with attendees?
Sign in your Ticketbox account. Get access to 'My events' and view contact detail of all attendees at the section 'RSVPs'.
How to check in at the event?
At the event entrance, there are some ways to check in attendees:

How do I receive ticket sales revenue?
We encourage organizers to select the “Direct Payment” payment method, whereby all proceeds go directly to your Stripe account. Alternatively, if Ticketbox administers sales collections, we shall transfer money to your bank account within 7-14 working days after the event ends.
How do I reset my password?
In case you've forgotten your password, please hit the link "Reset password" on login page and submit your email address.
Then you'll receive an email which redirects to reset your password.
